Multimodality Neuromonitoring
No single monitor describes the whole brain. Multimodality neuromonitoring is most useful when discordant pressure, perfusion, oxygenation, electrical, and metabolic signals are triangulated to identify the failed physiologic component, test a predicted response, and avoid mistaking measurement precision for proven outcome benefit.
